Verification:
Six Seconds uses phone-based SMS verification for secure login. By entering your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time verification code via SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permanent Role Selection
Upon initial registration, you must select a role as a "Job Seeker" or a "Recruiter."
Selection is Final:
This selection is permanent and cannot be changed.
Reasoning:
Each role has unique access rights and data structures. If you require access as a different role, you must create a separate account with a unique phone number.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI Generation:
Six Seconds utilizes AI to help draft and format "Player Card" resumes.
Accuracy Disclaimer:
AI may occasionally generate inaccurate information ("hallucinations"). The user is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all professional information on their Player Card.
No Endorsement:
T3M Technology Corp does not endorse the professional claims made on any user's card.
5. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
One-Time Purchases:
We offer "Pro" cards and bundles for a one-time fee.
No Refunds:
Because digital access and AI processing are provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Taxes:
All prices displayed include applicable Georgia sales tax and other local taxes where required.
6. Employment Disclaimer
Six Seconds is a professional branding and networking tool. T3M Technology Corp is not a recruitment agency. Use of the Service does not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, or any specific career outcome.
7. Intellectual Property & User Content
Your Content:
You retain ownership of the data you provide.
License:
You grant T3M Technology Corp a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your Player Card for the purpose of providing the Service and making your profile searchable to verified Recruiters (subject to your privacy settings).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
